An entrepreneur at heart, Brett opened BC Framing in 2004, which he still owns and operates. He is a licensed General Contractor and owner of Creative Angle Builders since 2007, and is proud to be a part of this family owned business.

Brett is a dedicated craftsman, a hands-on kind of guy who jumps at the chance to try something new for a client and broaden his own skill set at the same time.  With more than 20 years of experience in the construction field, Brett enjoys long-standing working relationships with top-notch tradesmen throughout the Front Range. When he needs technical expertise or development input, he has immediate access to rich resources.

Brett works hard and plays hard. His approach to this life/work balance is straightforward.

Vanessa works both one-on-one with clients and behind-the-scenes alongside craftsmen and subcontractors.

Vanessa assists clients with design decisions while working with preferred suppliers and designers, including colors, layouts, and ultimately achieving the style that feels like home.

Jim Trapp, Superintendent

Jim is our on site supervisor and works side-by-side with Brett. While Jim has over 15 years of experience in the building industry, he and Brett have been working together for over 7 years and have completed a variety of projects including custom residential homes, outdoor living spaces, and remodels and additions.

As a team, they ensure projects run efficiently, keeping schedules on target and always communicating openly amongst each other and between home owners and tradesmen. Jim and Brett consistently produce quality craftsmanship because they share the same values: that every project is a signature of themselves and they take pride in the work that they do. They pay attention to details, no matter what the job may be.

Jim lives in Loveland with his wife and children and is an avid outdoorsman. He feels having the opportunity to live and work in such a beautiful area really allows him to enjoy both his family and his career.
